What we collect. The homepage itself asks for nothing — no accounts, no tracking profiles. If you email or message us, we keep your message and address so we can reply.

Demo data is fictional. The Gayap evaluation demo runs entirely on synthetic records. Anything you type into it stays in the demo — never enter real member data, passwords, or PINs.

BoxHand app (live service). BoxHand is live: the business records you enter are real and are stored on our servers so the business can use them, plus a temporary on-device queue for work saved while offline (it clears as items sync). Account passwords are stored as salted hashes, never in readable form. The Android app contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs and shares nothing with third parties.

Ole Talk broadcasts. Ole Talk stores the names and phone numbers a sender adds or that followers share, so broadcasts can reach them. Phone alerts travel through your browser vendor's push service (Google on Android); message contents are encrypted so the relay cannot read them. Your follow choice and inbox position stay on your device. Opting out stops all messages and deletes your push registration.

On your device. The homepage and the Gayap demo may keep display preferences in your browser storage. BoxHand keeps your theme choice, the site-admin session for the current tab, and the temporary offline queue on your device. Clearing site data removes them; records already synced stay on the server.

Sharing. We do not sell personal information, and we share it only if the law requires it.

Your rights. Ask for a copy, correction, or deletion of anything you sent us at admin@isoltt.com or +1 (868) 726-2804. Business owners can ask the site admin to delete their BoxHand account the same way.
